Grizzly Bear Statue
Ryman Memorial Mall, Main entrance to campus from Arthur & University Avenues— Sculpted by UM faculty artist Rudy Autio (1926-2007) in 1968, the bronze represents the University's majestic grizzly bear mascot with historic Main Hall as a backdrop. Surrounding the statue is Centennial Circle with bricks bearing the names of UM alumni, faculty, staff, students, and friends. To buy a brick, call us or visit our website. Cost is $150 each.

Maureen & Mike Mansfield Library
East Side of Campus—Collection of 1.2 million books and periodicals, as well as special Montana collections, government documents, Montana authors, and documents of former US Senate Majority Leader Mike Mansfield and his wife, Maureen, the building's namesakes. Call for hours.

Montana Museum of Art & Culture at UM, Meloy & Paxson Galleries
Performing Arts & Radio/Television Center—The state's largest art collections with more than 9,000 items plus visiting regional, national, and international exhibits. Includes paintings, bronzes, drawings, faculty and student works, ceramics, textiles. Sept-May hours: 11am-3pm T-Th; 4pm-8:30pm F-Sa, except holidays. Jun-Aug hours: 11am-3pm W-Sa. Free admission.

Washington Grizzly Stadium
North End of Campus—Home to the 1995 and 2001 NCAA Division I-AA (now known as the NCAA Football Championship Subdivision) National Champion Grizzlies. Seats 23,000 and features views of Mount Sentinel and the Rattlesnake National Wilderness Area. Judged the best football stadium in its division by SportsNetwork.
