Charlotte Museum of History and Hezekiah Alexander Homesite3500 Shamrock Dr—Visit the Museum and experience a broad sweep of local history from the 18th century forward, including Charlotte-Mecklenburg's oldest home, the 1774 Hezekiah Alexander home site. Costumed docents lead tours of the home site daily at 1:15pm and 3:15pm. Open Tu-Sa 10am-5pm, Su 1pm-5pm.
