Palace of The Governors
at the Historic Plaza—Originally constructed in 1610 as Spain's seat of government. This adobe structure is the oldest ONE occupied in a US capital city. Local artisans display and sell their crafts under the portal of this magnificent adobe building. It is now a New Mexico history museum.

St. Francis Cathedral
231 Cathedral Pl—This 19th century Romanesque structure sits on the site of a much older adobe church. A remnant is still visible on the NE side of the Cathedral. Open daily, except during mass.
